Return and Refund Policy:
Return and refund period is 30 days upon receipt of order.
Upon receipt of your order, if there is a problem, plants arrived damaged or any other problem, please photo the shipping box and plants IMMEDIATELY.
Then go to the CONTACT US PAGE and describe the problem. We will then ask that you send photos to us showing us the problem.
If your plants are damaged beyond recovery due to mishandling of shipping we will replace your items.
Replacement of the damaged plants is our first step. If we feel the plant is salvageable we will instruct buyer on what to do. If the buyer disagrees with us, we will ask that the buyer sends the plant back to us and we will refund the purchase price of the plant, not including shipping.
If the plants die due to something that is not our fault, aside from shipping, we will evaluate the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable on a case by case basis.
Such instances of a replacement or refund not applicable is request being outside of the 30 day return period, or if buyer accidentally cuts the plant down or any other issues that are the fault of the buyer.
