Blue Java Banana also know as the “Ice Cream” Banana is Airy, Sweet and Creamy which is what inspired the name for this banana.
When this banana is extremely ripe you can scoop the pudding-like pulp out from the skin with a spoon.
It is one of the most delicious of dessert bananas.
When growing the fruit have a very Silver-Blue Hue to them. No other banana has this coloring.
